ATC Disruption 28 August

Due to a network-wide outage of Air Traffic Control systems in the UK, all airlines expect delays and disruption throughout the day. Although a situation beyond our control, Loganair is offering customers travelling today the opportunity to rebook within the next 48 hours, free of charge, subject to availability.

 

If you have already checked in for your flight, please go to Manage My Booking, where you can un-check yourself and re-book. You will not be able to re-book unless you have un-checked yourself.

The easiest way to change your flight is via Manage My Booking on our website.

If you can't find a suitable alternative, you can contact our Customer Help Centre on 0344 800 2855 - with your booking reference to hand, and we'll do everything we can to help.

 

Our phone lines are open:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00
  • Saturday, 08:00-14:00
  • Sunday, 10:00-17:00

 

Please note that unless your flight is cancelled, no refund will be offered for any operating service.



Our disruption policy only covers travel on Loganair-operated flights, and we cannot change any onward travel arrangements you may have with other carriers. If you have booked your journey through another airline, please remember that you should contact the airline that made your original booking.

In light of the levels of disruption, there will likely be longer than average waiting times to speak to our team. We are grateful for our customers’ patience and understanding.
