Gift Vouchers

• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and redeemable on loganair.co.uk or via Loganair’s Customer Contact Centre at 0344 800 2855 or Specialist Sales at 01496 302022

• Valid for 12 months from issue; travel must be completed within this period. No extensions allowed.

• Redeemable only in the issued currency.

• Payment must be by personal debit or credit card; corporate cards not accepted.

• Avios cannot be spent toward voucher purchase.

• Recipient must be aged 16 or over, and their name must be entered first in the booking.

• Vouchers are not valid for children or third-party services (e.g., car parking, hotels). Can be used for flights, fees, and Loganair Adventure Day packages (call 01496 302022, subject to availability).

• Name changes are not permitted on bookings paid with a voucher.

• Loganair is not liable for lost, stolen, or misused vouchers once issued. Vouchers cannot be re-sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred.

• Purchases with a gift voucher are subject to Loganair’s General Conditions of Carriage.

• By purchasing, the customer agrees to these terms and ensures the recipient is aware of them.

• Loganair reserves the right to amend terms at any time, with updates on its website.

How long is my gift voucher valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and all travel must be completed within that period. Extensions are not permitted.

Where can I redeem my Loganair Gift Voucher?
You can redeem your voucher when booking online at loganair.co.uk or by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 0344 800 2855. For Loganair Adventure Day packages, please call Specialist Sales on 01496 302022.

What can I use a Loganair Gift Voucher for?
Vouchers can be used towards Loganair flights, associated fees, and Loganair Adventure Day packages (subject to availability). They cannot be used for third-party services such as hotels or car parking.

Can I use more than one voucher for a booking?
Yes. Multiple vouchers can be redeemed against a single booking, provided the total value does not exceed the cost of the fare and associated fees.

Can I change the name on a booking made with a voucher?
No. Name changes are not permitted on bookings paid in part or in full with a gift voucher.

Can vouchers be refunded or exchanged for cash?
No. Loganair Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person once issued.

What happens if my voucher is lost or stolen?
Loganair is not liable for lost, stolen, or misused vouchers. Please treat your voucher like cash, as replacements cannot be issued.

Can I collect Avios when buying or redeeming a voucher?
Avios cannot be spent to purchase a voucher. However, flights booked using a voucher may still qualify for Avios collection in line with fare rules.

Who can use a Loganair Gift Voucher?
The named recipient must be aged 16 or over, and their name must appear first on the booking. Vouchers cannot be issued in a child’s name.

Can I buy vouchers in any currency?
Vouchers are redeemable only in the currency in which they were issued.
