Loganair provides safe, reliable air service across the British Isles and beyond, reaching destinations others can’t. Since 1962, we’ve connected regions from coast to coast and island to island, serving both business hubs and tourist spots in the UK and Europe.
As the UK’s largest regional airline, we offer comfortable, friendly flights to both mainland cities and destinations further afield. We're proud to be the UK’s longest-standing airline operating under its original name.
Connecting the regions of the UK with purpose and confidence.
Making regional air travel simple, enjoyable and sustainable.
Leadership, Ownership, Gratitude, Accountable, Nimble, Authentic, Innovative, Resilient.
Founded in 1962 by Willie Logan, a local businessman from the Scottish Highlands, Loganair started as an air taxi service for his construction business. It quickly expanded to commercial flights, including a contract to deliver newspapers to Stornoway.
From a single aircraft, Loganair has grown into the UK’s largest regional airline, now operating over 30 aircraft across the UK and beyond.
We’re proud to be part of so many journeys, whether big or small. Each year, we fly over a million passengers—whether for daily commutes, reuniting with loved ones, or connecting for global travel. We also operate cargo flights to island communities from mainland Scotland and the UK.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to expand our role in connecting even more people for their journeys, holidays, commutes, and business trips.
