Patient Comfort and Priority Service
Through our dedicated NHS travel providers, passengers enjoy flexible ticketing and access to a dedicated lounge at Aberdeen Airport for a calm, private space before returning home. Mobility Assistance is available upon request, however, we request a minimum of 48 hours to ensure a seamless journey can be planned. We prioritise NHS travellers during unexpected disruptions with timely updates from our Customer Help Centre.
