Loganair gets ready to launch new Jersey to East Midlands route

28 May 2026 Loganair, the UK’s leading regional airline, is gearing up to launch its new route from Jersey to East Midlands Airport, further enhancing connectivity from the Channel Islands to the UK mainland.

Beginning on Sunday, 31 May, East Midlands is the second of four new summer routes the airline is launching from its Channel Islands base, following on from the successful launch of Norwich in early May, and will be followed by Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Bordeaux as part of a major expansion of services. 

Flights to East Midlands Airport start from just £94.

Customers flying with Loganair benefit from a 21kg baggage allowance included as standard, providing added value for longer stays and multi-stop trips, alongside convenient connections across the airline’s extensive regional network. Passengers can also benefit from Loganair’s partnerships with Emirates, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airlines, Singapore Airlines and Aer Lingus, securing onward travel with a single ticket.

Loganair was named the most punctual major airline for UK arrivals and departures in 2025 (January-September) by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), with 81% of its flights arriving and departing on time – significantly above the industry average of 72%. CAA’s analysis covers the 20 airlines carrying the most passengers at UK airports.
