Conditions for Flight Changes

  • Flight / Route changes are permitted at a charge per passenger, per single flight sector plus any fare difference plus applicable change fee. Please see individual fare rule for full details.
  • Changes can be made up to 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time only.
  • No refund will be given if the fare for the new flight is lower.
  • Tickets are non refundable and non changeable in the event of a no show.

GDS-Specific Information

  • Amadeus: Change fees are automatically added in the Automated Ticket Exchange. For manual reissues, collect the change fee as a DU tax code. For assistance, visit the Customer Service Point.

  • Galileo & Worldspan: Manual reissue is required, as Rapid Reprice is not available for Loganair. Collect change fees as a DU tax code. Assistance is available through the Travelport helpdesk.

  • Sabre: Change fees are automatically included in the Automated Ticket Exchange. For manual reissues, collect the fee as a DU tax code. For further assistance, contact Sabre Product Support at 0808 234 7762.

Name Changes

Conditions for Name Changes

  • Passenger Name Entry: Passenger names must match exactly with the passport or valid ID. Full name and title are required.
  • Marriage Name Variations: If a booking is made with a married name but the passport shows a maiden name, documentation (such as a marriage certificate) should be provided for identification verification.
  • Name Corrections:
    • Name corrections of up to 3 characters (including title) are allowed.
    • Domestic flights (including flights to/from Dublin) do not require ticket reissue for changes of 3 characters or fewer.
    • Add an OSI (Other Service Information) in the PNR advising of the correct name and confirm with Trade Support for check-in.
  • International Flights: For name corrections or changes on international flights, please contact Loganair Trade Support at tradesupport@loganair.co.uk for further details.

Complete Name Changes

  • Ticket Status: Only completely unused tickets can be changed. Name changes are not allowed for partially flown itineraries.
  • New PNR: A new Passenger Name Record (PNR) must be created for the new passenger(s). The fare difference will be collected.
  • Refund Process:
    • The original PNR must be cancelled by an agent, with "Name Change" entered as the reason for the refund.
    • A refund should be requested through BSP Link, with a £50.00 name change fee per passenger.
    • Loganair will process the refund of the original PNR (minus the £50.00 fee), provided the new PNR is submitted and the new flight tickets are fully flown.
    • Loganair will waive the refund fee in this instance.

Additional Baggage

Add Bag Process

  1. Retrieve Booking: Go to Manage My Booking and locate your reservation.
  2. Select Book Extras: Click on the Book Extras option.
  3. Add Bags: Choose the relevant baggage options, then select Next. This will direct you to the payment page to complete the purchase.

By following these steps, you can easily add bags to your booking and proceed with payment.
