  • If newly-introduced Government restrictions applicable to your booking dates then mean that you cannot legally take your flight as booked, we'll offer you a full refund. Alternatively, you can also choose to re-book your flights for a future date with no change fees* The choice will always be yours.

    *Fare difference may apply if your newly chosen flight has a higher fare than that you originally paid

  • We do our utmost to avoid changes and cancellations to your booking. However, if we cancel your flight for any reason, then you'll be able to obtain a full refund. You can also choose to re-book your flights for a future date at no extra charge. The choice will always be yours.

  • Yes, all Loganair bookings can be changed, though if you have booked our standard Fly fare, a change fee of £40 per passenger, per single flight sector plus any difference in fare is required.

    If you want more flexibility to change for any reason in the future, consider our FlyFlex fare.

  • Loganair flights are non-refundable, however, you can make a name change on completely unused tickets at £50 per passenger plus any difference in fare. Only one name change can be permitted and must be made up to 2 hours before scheduled departure. Name changes are not permitted on route changes.

  • Loganair requires documentation to demonstrate you've been informed to self-isolate for a period that corresponds with your date of travel. You will be offered one change of dates without incurring change fees. If you need time to decide when you wish to travel, your booking will be put on hold for a maximum of 12 months. 

    When you confirm your new dates of travel, please note that a fare difference may apply if the new fare is higher than that of the one you originally booked. You may also change your routing without incurring change fees should you require to travel to another destination.

    Please be aware that if you cannot present documentation to demonstrate self-isolation then the usual fare rules will apply.
