Loganair collaborates with a range of third-party agents, both online and offline, to provide accessible flight booking options. While we understand that customers may have their preferred booking channels, there are important details you should be aware of if you’re booking through a third party.
When booking with a third-party agent, particularly a non-UK agent or when your itinerary involves international travel, the payment may not be credited to Loganair until after you have flown.
In the event of a flight cancellation and if you are eligible for a refund, you must claim it directly from the agent you booked with, not Loganair. As per our agreement with third parties, refunds are processed through the agent, not the customer.
Please note that Loganair is not responsible for bookings made through third-party agents, and we cannot accept liability for any issues arising from these transactions. You are considered the customer of the third-party agent and not Loganair in such cases.
