Why return now?

The aviation industry is rebuilding—and with it comes renewed demand for experienced, capable pilots.

If you have stepped away from commercial flying, now is the time to come back. At Loganair, we understand the hesitation that can come with returning to the cockpit after time away, which is why our Airline Returners Scheme is designed to ease that transition.

With no overnight passenger duties, stable rosters, and a supportive training environment, we offer a route back to flying that respects your experience and works around your lifestyle.

This is more than a job—it is a chance to reconnect with a career that combines technical skill, personal fulfilment, and meaningful impact.
