Loganair is committed to providing safe and comfortable travel for all customers, including those requiring additional assistance or who have reduced mobility.
Passengers can request an appropriate seat when booking or at any time before travel by contacting our Customer Help Centre.
Because Loganair operates a range of smaller regional aircraft, seat allocation varies slightly between types:
Embraer aircraft: preferred seating is located in the forward section of the cabin for easier access.
ATR aircraft: preferred seating is located in the rear section of the cabin, close to the exit doors.
Passengers who require assistance cannot be seated in emergency exit rows due to safety regulations.
Passengers with reduced mobility will not be charged for access to a seat that meets their needs.
If a passenger has already paid for a seat before notifying Loganair of an assistance requirement, the fee will be refunded once the request is confirmed.
To request seating support or to discuss specific requirements ahead of your journey, please contact our Customer Help Centre.
