Loganair fares are non-refundable.

Fares will only be refunded in the following circumstances

1. LM cancels a flight
2. LM schedule changes a flight, and the schedule change is >5 hours, or >2 hours if passenger is travelling on a same day return

Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of the first flight coupon.

Tickets with expired validity will not be considered for refund.
