Win a pair of tickets from Jersey to Bordeaux

1. Promoter
1.1 Loganair Limited promotes this competition.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open only to Jersey Chamber of Commerce members.
2.2 Entrants must be aged 16 or over at the time of entry.
2.3 Employees of Loganair, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.
2.4 Loganair reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and Jersey Chamber of Commerce membership.

3. Competition period
3.1 The competition opens when the official competition page goes live.
3.2 The competition closes at 17:00 on Monday, 20 April 2026.
3.3 Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted.

4. How to enter
4.1 Entry is via the official online competition form only.
4.2 To enter, eligible entrants must complete and submit the competition form in full before the closing date and, as a condition of entry, must subscribe to receive Loganair email marketing communications.
4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
4.4 Incomplete, duplicate, automated, bulk or third-party entries will not be accepted.
4.5 Entries submitted without a valid subscription to Loganair email marketing communications will not be accepted.
4.6 No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.

5. Prize
5.1 There is one prize.
5.2 The prize is one pair of return Loganair flight tickets for travel between Jersey and Bordeaux on Loganair-operated services only.
5.3 The prize is for the winner and one companion, who must travel together on the same booking and itinerary.
5.4 Travel under the prize must be booked and completed by 5 October 2026, unless otherwise agreed by Loganair in writing.
5.5 The prize is subject to availability, and embargo restrictions may apply. The winner must therefore be flexible in their choice of travel dates.
5.6 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, in whole or in part.
5.7 Name changes, extensions or route changes are not permitted once the booking has been made.
5.8 The prize covers flights only and does not include accommodation, car hire, ground transport, travel insurance, meals, spending money or any other incidental costs.
5.9 Prize-winner bookings are not eligible to collect Avios.

6. Winner selection and notification
6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
6.2 The winner will be notified by email on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, using the email address submitted with the entry.
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period specified by Loganair, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Loganair reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

7. Booking and travel conditions
7.1 Prize bookings must be made directly through Loganair in accordance with the booking instructions provided to the winner.
7.2 Loganair requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice to process a prize booking request.
7.3 The winner and companion must travel together on all sectors booked using the prize.
7.4 Responsibility for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, ETA permissions, health documentation and any other required travel documents rests solely with the winner and companion.
7.5 Travel is subject to Loganair’s standard Conditions of Carriage in force at the time of travel.
7.6 The winner and companion are responsible for ensuring they hold suitable travel insurance.
7.7 Loganair is not responsible for any costs, losses or expenses arising from missed flights, changes to travel plans, personal circumstances, disruption, or failure to hold the correct travel documentation.

8. Data protection and marketing
8.1 Personal data supplied in connection with this competition will be used for the administration of the competition and to contact the winner.
8.2 As a condition of entry, entrants must subscribe to receive Loganair email marketing communications.
8.3 By entering this competition, entrants agree that Loganair may also use their personal data to send news, offers and marketing emails.
8.4 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Loganair’s privacy policy.

9. Publicity
9.1 By entering, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the competition, including photography and winner announcement, unless otherwise agreed with Loganair.

10. General
10.1 Loganair reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where this becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 Loganair reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or acts in a manner that is fraudulent, misleading or unfair.
10.3 Loganair’s decision in relation to the competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
10.4 By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
