The first flight took off on Jersey Liberation Day, 9 May, marking another milestone in the airline’s continued investment in connectivity for the Channel Islands.
The new seasonal route will operate on Saturdays, increasing to Wednesdays on 3 June, which will then run until 19 September, with one-way fares starting from £109. The service strengthens links between Jersey and the East of England.
The launch forms part of a wider expansion of Loganair’s Jersey schedule for summer 2026, with three additional routes set to commence in the coming weeks. Services to East Midlands will operate daily from 31 May to 24 October, with fares from £94 one-way, while flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 31 May to 22 October, also from £94 one-way. A brand-new route to Bordeaux will launch on 19 June, operating on Mondays and Fridays through to 5 October, with fares starting from £86 one-way.
The Norwich service is expected to deliver significant benefits for Jersey’s local community and businesses by improving direct access to the UK regions.
Ronnie Matheson, chief commercial officer at Loganair, said:
The successful launch of our Norwich service marks another important step in strengthening Jersey’s air connectivity and providing greater choice for customers travelling to the UK. Launching the route on Jersey Liberation Day made the occasion particularly special, as we continue to invest in services that support local communities, tourism and business travel.
With Norwich now operating successfully, and additional routes to East Midlands, Paris Charles de Gaulle and Bordeaux launching over the coming weeks, customers in Jersey will benefit from even more convenient access to key destinations across the UK and Europe, alongside seamless onward connections through our global airline partners.
Paul Holley, head of connectivity at Ports of Jersey said:
We’re delighted to see increased UK regional and European connectivity as Loganair further expands its base in Jersey, with services to Norwich, East Midlands and Paris, alongside the exciting addition of Bordeaux. Together with greater choice for Islanders, particularly with two direct services to France, these routes support our visitor economy by making Jersey accessible to key UK and European markets.
