SINGH ON A WING PRIZE DRAW – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTER
The promoter is Loganair Limited, registered in Scotland under company number SC170072, with its registered office at Lightyear Building, 9 Marchburn Drive, Glasgow Airport, Paisley, Renfrewshire, PA3 2SJ.
By entering the Singh on a Wing prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. ENTRY PERIOD
The prize draw opens when the official Singh on a Wing prize-draw post is published on Loganair’s Instagram account on Monday 3 August 2026.
The prize draw closes at 12:00 BST on Friday 14 August 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Employees of Loganair, members of their immediate families or households, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required.
No purchase is necessary.
Loganair may ask entrants and provisional winners to provide reasonable evidence of their identity, age, residency and eligibility.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, entrants must complete all of the following actions before the closing time:
• Follow Loganair’s official Instagram account.
• Follow Tony Singh’s official Instagram account.
• Find the official Singh on a Wing prize-draw post published on Loganair’s Instagram account.
• Comment on the post, stating who they would take, whether they would choose Stornoway, Islay or Tiree, and why.
Entrants must continue to follow both accounts and keep their qualifying comment visible until the winners have been verified.
Only one entry per person and Instagram account is permitted. Additional entries will not increase an entrant’s chance of winning and may be disregarded.
Entries submitted through agents, third parties, automated systems, scripts, macros, bots or other automated means will not be accepted.
Incomplete, fraudulent, offensive or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
Loganair is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or not received because of a technical fault, internet connection problem, Instagram failure or another issue outside its reasonable control.
5. WINNER SELECTION
Five provisional winners will be selected at random from all valid entries within five working days of the closing date.
The winners will be selected using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected. The content or quality of an entrant’s response will not be judged.
Each provisional winner’s compliance with the entry requirements will be checked before the prize is confirmed.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Provisional winners will be contacted by direct message from Loganair’s official Instagram account within five working days of the closing date.
Loganair may also reply to the entrant’s qualifying comment to ask them to check their direct messages.
Loganair will not ask a winner to make a payment or provide banking or card details to claim the prize.
Each provisional winner must respond within seven days of Loganair’s first direct message and provide the information reasonably required to confirm their eligibility and administer the prize.
Loganair will make reasonable efforts to contact each provisional winner. Where a provisional winner does not respond within seven days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, has not complied with these terms and conditions or cannot accept the prize, Loganair may withdraw the prize offer and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
A winner is not confirmed until Loganair has completed its eligibility checks and issued written confirmation.
7. THE PRIZE
Five prizes are available.
Each winner will receive return Loganair flights for themselves and one guest on one of the following direct routes:
• Glasgow–Tiree.
• Glasgow–Islay.
• Glasgow–Stornoway.
• Edinburgh–Stornoway.
• Inverness–Stornoway.
Each winner may select one of the eligible routes, subject to availability and seats being released for promotional travel by Loganair’s Commercial team.
The prize includes only the direct return Loganair-operated flights between the selected mainland airport and island destination.
Connecting or positioning flights are not included. Winners and their guests are responsible for arranging and paying for any travel required to reach or depart from Glasgow, Edinburgh or Inverness.
The prize flights include all applicable fares, taxes, surcharges and mandatory charges. The winner will not be required to make any payment for the included flights.
The prize does not include:
• Connecting or positioning travel.
• Accommodation or hotel costs.
• Car hire.
• Airport transfers or other ground transport.
• Airport parking.
• Meals or refreshments.
• Spending money.
• Travel insurance.
• Any other personal, incidental or ancillary expenses.
8. VOUCHER VALIDITY AND BOOKING
Flight vouchers will be valid for 12 months from the date on which they are issued to the winners.
The prize flights must be booked and all travel completed before the voucher expiry date.
No fixed embargo dates apply. However, prize seats are subject to availability and must be released for promotional travel by Loganair’s Commercial team.
Prize seats may not be available on every flight, date or departure time, even where seats remain available for purchase by other customers.
Winners must remain flexible about their preferred travel dates and flight times and may be asked to provide alternative dates.
Winners are advised to request their preferred flights as early as possible.
Travel arrangements are not confirmed until Loganair has issued a booking confirmation.
If a winner does not redeem the voucher and complete travel within its 12-month validity period, the voucher and prize will expire. No cash payment, refund, extension or replacement will be provided, except where required by law or agreed by Loganair at its discretion.
The winner and their guest must travel together on the same outbound and return flights.
Once a booking has been confirmed, any requested changes will be subject to availability, Loganair’s applicable booking conditions and any charges that would ordinarily apply.
9. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be sold, auctioned or advertised for sale.
No cash alternative or refund is available.
Loganair may substitute the prize with a reasonable equivalent if circumstances outside its reasonable control make it impossible to provide the prize as described.
Loganair may permit a change of travelling companion before the booking is confirmed, at its discretion.
10. TRAVEL RESPONSIBILITIES
Each winner and guest is responsible for ensuring that they:
• Can travel on the selected dates.
• Arrive at the airport in sufficient time.
• Hold valid identification and any other required travel documentation.
• Comply with Loganair’s Conditions of Carriage and all applicable airport and aviation-security requirements.
Travel insurance is not included. Winners and their guests are strongly advised to arrange suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, delay, disruption, medical expenses, personal possessions and other unforeseen circumstances.
Loganair is not responsible for accommodation, car hire, onward travel, meals, spending money or other costs incurred by a winner or guest because of weather disruption, cancellation, delay or another unexpected event, except where Loganair is required to provide assistance, reimbursement or compensation under applicable law or its Conditions of Carriage.
Travel is subject to Loganair’s Conditions of Carriage in force at the time of travel.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer or passenger rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. WINNER INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY
Loganair may ask winners to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the prize draw. Participation in additional promotional activity will be discussed with the winner and will not be a condition of accepting the prize unless agreed separately.
To demonstrate that valid prizes have been awarded, Loganair will make the surname and county or region of each confirmed winner available to anyone who submits a reasonable written request to the promoter within three months of the closing date.
A winner may object to their information being published or ask for the amount of information published to be reduced. Loganair may still provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator where required.
12. PERSONAL DATA
Loganair will process entrants’ personal data to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility, contact and confirm winners, arrange prize travel, prevent fraud and demonstrate that valid prizes have been awarded.
The personal data processed may include an entrant’s Instagram username and comment and, for provisional winners, their name, contact details, age, residency information, travel details and any information required to arrange the prize booking.
Personal data collected through the prize draw will not be used for direct marketing unless the entrant has separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
Personal data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the prize draw and meet applicable legal, regulatory and audit requirements.

13. INSTAGRAM
This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability arising in connection with the prize draw, to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants are providing their information to Loganair and not to Instagram or Meta.
14. GENERAL
Loganair may disqualify an entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these terms and conditions, supplied false or misleading information, interfered with the proper operation of the prize draw, used fraudulent or automated entry methods, or acted in an abusive, threatening or inappropriate manner.
Loganair may amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
Where reasonably possible, Loganair will ensure that any amendment, suspension or cancellation does not unfairly disadvantage entrants who have already submitted valid entries.
Loganair’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner verification and administration of the prize draw are final. This does not affect an entrant’s statutory rights.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by Scots law. Entrants retain any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
The courts of Scotland will have jurisdiction, although entrants may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live.
