With You For The Journey Ahead

Essential Travel Before 4 May

You may not know that we fly to some very remote communities in the UK and transport essential air cargo and medical patients, as well as those who usually travel for tourism and business.

Flights that are operating before 4 May are for the purposes of maintaining important connectivity to these regions for essential travel or to support the energy sector in maintaining vital offshore infrastructure

We request those contemplating travel before 4 May follow UK Government advice regarding Covid-19 and consider whether their journey is necessary gov.uk/coronavirus

Temporary Contact Centre Hours

Transport is considered a vital sector by the UK government during the current Covid-19 crisis and we intend to play our part where we safely can. Loganair’s call centre will continue to operate in order to help customers who still need to travel or need help with present or future bookings.

For social distancing, we have had to reduce the number of staff working together and our hours accordingly

  • Monday to Friday: 0900 – 1500
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed

We ask customers to be patient and bear with us at this time. Please do not call us unless you are travelling within the next 72 hours as the reduced staffing means we will be unable to accommodate anything but the most urgent of queries.

For when our call centre is closed we have set up a contact email for urgent enquiries urgenttravel@loganair.co.uk which is strictly for customers due to travel within the next 72 hours.
