How we're doing

At Loganair, it's our mission to deliver all our customers to their destinations safely, and as many as possible on time.

Like all airlines, we closely monitor key performance metrics that help us meet our aims, but unlike many others, we believe we should share more of these with you in recognition that this is a journey we're on together.

Doing so lets you stay informed of the latest facts and figures (published monthly) and be assured we're always striving to do things better.

Take part

  • If you've recently flown with us, you can tell us about your experience via our short survey, which will be emailed to you shortly after your flight. These survey findings are used to make changes as part of our continuous improvement programme.
