Disruption 29 August - UK Air Traffic Control IT Failure

Following yesterday’s disruption to air services across the UK due to air traffic control systems failures, we expect to run a full schedule today (Tuesday, 29 August).

We anticipate that there will be several small delays due to the knock-on effects of yesterday’s disruption to crew rosters and rest requirements. Airports are also busier than usual as customers for all airlines complete journeys that could not be taken yesterday.

Customers are advised to check their flight status at Loganair.co.uk, and we’d encourage doing so before setting off for the airport.

Finally, we’d like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding and extend a big thank you to all of our ground staff and crews for their efforts yesterday during this unwelcome event.
