  • Conditions of Flight Changes

    • Flight changes are permitted up to 2 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
    • No changes will be permitted in the event of a no show.
    • If original RBD unavailable, fare difference for new flight/s must be collected, no refund will be permitted if fare for new flight/s is lower.
    • Change fees are dependent on fare type purchased – please check fare rules for further details.

    Change fee MUST be collected as a DU tax code and included in the ticket reissue.

     

    AMADEUS Specific:

    • Change fee should be automatically added as part of the Automated Ticket Exchange.
    • If you are manually reissuing the ticket then please collect as a DU tax code.

  • Conditions of Name Changes

    • Passenger names should be entered into the system matching their passport. Full name and Title should always be included.
    • If a passenger has made a booking in a married name, yet passport/id shows maiden name, then documentation such as a marriage certificate should be taken for proof of identification.
    • Name changes will not be permitted for route changes
    • Name corrections up to 3 characters (including title)

     

    Domestic Flights (Including DUB)

    • Tickets do not need to be reissued for changes of 3 characters or less.
    • Please add an OSI into the PNR advising of correct name.
    • Please confirm details to Trade Support so we can ensure the change is reflected in our system for check in.

    Complete Name Changes Conditions

    • In general, tickets are non-transferable, however the following procedure may be supported for situations where an entire name change is required.
    • Only completely unused tickets can be changed.
    • Name changes will not be authorised for partially flown itineraries.
    • New PNR must be created for new passenger and flights.
    • New PNR to be provided to Loganair
    • Original PNR to be cancelled by agent with Name Change added into the reason for Refund
    • Refund to be requested through BSP Link with the name change fee £50.00 per passenger shown as MF Miscellaneous Fees
    • Loganair will authorise the refund of the Original PNR (less the name change fee £50.00 per passenger name changed) providing the new PNR is given and tickets for new flights are fully flown
    • Loganair will waive the refund fee in this instance.
  • If a customer is ADS eligible it is vital that the ADS number is quoted within the PNR.

    is available. The charge is  £10.00 as shown as

    a q surcharge in the fare quote.

     

    The maximum any 1 bag can weigh is 25kg.

    prevailing rate when payment is made.

  • Minimum Connection Times

    For the most up to date MCT please check your GDS at the time of reservation.   If you make a reservation in your GDS that is not sold/offered as a valid connection and doesn’t meet the MCT then Loganair will not be liable.    If your booking has been subject to a schedule change and the MCT is no longer valid then you must rebook the passengers onto a valid connection.   Please contact us for further details if you need assistance with this.

  • Loganair has connecting through fares available for select domestic and international markets to provide affordable pricing for connecting itineraries. These fares are available in all GDS as private fares using best buy functionality along with a fare code – they even support the Air Discount Scheme for any sector which is ADS eligible.

    The fares share the same product attributes as our standard Fly, Fly Flex and Fly Flex + fares

    The principle is akin to the international add-on concept, albeit the connecting fares will show separately in the fare quote using discrete classes for the add-on sector – these are Z,M,U,B and R.

    The fare basis for the connecting flight will be clearly identified as _THRU.

    As is GDS logic, if there is a cheaper end on end fare combination, then this will quote, but the new connecting fares will deliver the best fare for your customer on the majority of occasions.

    • SYY, BEB, LSI, KOI, ILY, CFN, BRR, CAL, TRE to EMA via GLA
    • SYY, BEB, LSI, KOI, ILY, BHD, CFN, BRR, CAL, TRE to SOU via GLA

    • LSI and KOI to MAN, NCL, NWI, BHX, EBJ and BHD via ABZ
    • SYY, LSI, BEB, KOI to BHD, BHX and MAN via INV
    • SYY, LSI, KOI to EMA, SOU, NWI, SVG, IOM, EXT via EDI
