Glasgow

Glasgow is well-known for its vibrant food and drinks scene. With all its restaurants, brunch places, cocktail bars and food markets, Glasgow will not disappoint when it comes to food. In quaint places such as the cobbled Ashton Lane or Finnieston, you can find various charming restaurants to dine out at or even pubs and beer gardens for a drink or 2. Newcastle

Newcastle is known for its incredible sights and thriving nightlife, but it should also be mentioned that its food scene is one of the best in the UK! The city is heaven for all foodies out there. For somewhere a bit different and to experience various cuisines under one roof, By The River Brew Co. and Grainger Market are two must-visit food markets. By The River Brew Co. is an independent container settlement situated beneath the Tyne Bridge on the Gateshead side of the river, which is open during weekends throughout the year. Alternatively, Grainger Market is an indoor market located right in the heart of the city, with a wide variety of cuisines, authentic shops and independent cafes in one location.
