Flights to/from Stornoway are now cancelled for this afternoon (Monday, 01 February)
This evening’s flight to Islay is still planned, though it very much depends on the weather conditions.
Options available for passengers
If , on the 01 February, your flight is cancelled;
- You can rebook for travel on an alternative flight to your destination at the earliest available opportunity*1
- You can rebook for travel within the next 7 days at no charge subject to seats being available for your chosen destination*1
- You can rebook for travel at any future date but seats must be available at the same fare level as you have originally paid
- You can obtain a refund for any part(s) of your journey not taken*1
If you are unable to reach the airport, for example due to closure of roads, but the flight on which you are booked to travel still takes place, you may choose to rebook on the next available flight or rebook on an alternative flight within the next 7 days at no charge.

*1 For bookings originally made via flybe.com, there is an online tool which will allow you to amend your booking within the next 7 days or claim a refund. Visit flybe.com, select the Travel Information tab, then select the Flight arrival and departure information, key in your planned flight details, and the status of your flight will be displayed. You then have the option to rebook or claim a refund.
