Credit Voucher Terms and Conditions
Credit Vouchers are non-refundable and redeemable on loganair.co.uk or via Loganair’s Customer Contact Centre 0344 8002822.
Credit Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the voucher issue date, and travel must be completed within 12 months from the voucher issue date. The validity of the credit vouchers cannot be extended.
Credit Vouchers can only be redeemed in the currency of issue.
Any charge incurred through the use of a corporate credit card, will not be included in the value of the credit voucher.
Clan Points cannot be traded or exchanged as payment for a Credit Voucher.
Credit Vouchers are valid for use by the voucher recipient and their name must be entered first during the flight booking process. Additional passengers can be included in the same booking.
If the total flight price exceeds the value of the Credit Voucher any price difference can be paid with by payment card.
Credit Vouchers can be used as payment for flights and associated taxes, fees and charges.
Credit Vouchers cannot be used to purchase any 3rd party additional services which may be on offer via Loganair’s website i.e. car parking, hotel bookings
Credit Vouchers can be used as payment for Loganair’s Adventure Day packages via Loganair Specialist Sales 01496 302022. Packages are subject to availability.
Passenger name changes are not permitted if a new booking has been paid for using a Credit Voucher
Loganair shall not be liable for any damages arising from any kind of misuse of the Loganair Credit Voucher or from its loss or disclosure to anyone other the customer or the voucher recipient. Loganair can take no liability for a lost, stolen or damaged Credit voucher once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at the time of purchase.
Loganair Credit Vouchers cannot be re-sold or exchanged for cash. They become void if re-sold or transferred for value. Monies on unused Credit Vouchers cannot be transferred.
The services purchased by using the Loganair Credit Voucher shall be subject to the General Conditions of Carriage of Loganair
The use of the Loganair Credit Voucher are subject to these terms and conditions and Loganair reserves the right of amendment to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and will inform customers of such amendments on its website
