Ticketing and Cancellations
Loganair have an automated booking robot that will cancel PNRs without valid ticket numbers. At the time of reservation we will send you an automated ticketing deadline with the time and date the booking will be cancelled if ticketing information is not received.
If you have issued tickets and are unable to enter into the PNR for any technical reason then please contact Trade Support for further assistance, failure to do this may result in your booking being cancelled. Ticketing must be completed within 24 hours after the reservation is made. If your booking is cancelled and you have issued tickets then please contact us immediately.
Advance Passenger Information
For international travel, governments ask us to supply passport information prior to travel – this includes;
- Passport number
- Full name (as appears on passport)
- Expiry date of passport
- Date of birth
- Country of issue
- Document Type
Please ensure this information is provided via your GDS prior to the customer commencing their journey.

Loganair will issue ADMs for all revenue losses incurred due to agents not complying with fare rules/refund policies.
These may include:
- Incorrect commission reported
- Under collection of fare/taxes/surcharges or any other applicable charges
- Incorrect refunds
- Ticketing violations
