Damaged / lost baggage

Whilst we make every effort to prevent delays to our flights we appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. Where your bag was lost or damaged on a Loganair flight you may be entitled to compensation.

Only complete the form below where you have reported the lost/damaged bag at the airport on arrival, or within 7 days. If you have failed to comply with your conditions of carriage we will be unable to process your claim.

This is the Property Irregularity Report that you were given at the airport when you reported your baggage lost or damaged.

Please refer to our conditions of carriage before submitting a claim.

Please list all items you consider eligible for a claim, and their value. Note you may be required to provide proof in the form of receipts otherwise you claim may be reduced or rejected. The value of all claims should be entered in GBP.

NOTE: You may be required to provide receipts to support your claim.

The information I have given is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that my application will be rejected if I have not supplied the mandatory information or I have given false information. Loganair Limited reserves all rights in relation to any losses suffered or payments made as a result (whether directly or indirectly) of any false or misleading statements made in support of this claim. I understand that false or misleading statements may give rise to criminal liability on my part.
