Cancellation / denied boarding

Whilst we make every effort to prevent delays to our flights we appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. Where your flight is cancelled with less than 14 days' notice, or you are denied boarding for a flight where you have presented for check-in on time, you may be entitled to compensation

If your flight has been cancelled in advance, and you wish to claim for a flight you were due to travel on within the next 14 days, please select the date of travel in the future that your flight was due to depart on

The rules for flight compensation are set out in EC261/2004.

a) All flights 1500km or less


b) Intra-community flights more than 1500km, and for all other flights between 1500 and 3500km


(c) Flights not falling under (a) or (b)



*Please note that all payments for UK flights will be paid in Pounds (GBP) converted at the exchange rate ruling on date of travel.

If you incurred additional costs for transport to your original destination you may be eligible for a refund. If so, you will be required to submit receipts to support your claim. The value of all claims should be entered in GBP.
