Terms and Conditions
Organiser
  • The organiser of the competition is Loganair Limited.
  • This competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party platform.
Entry Period and Eligibility
  • The competition opens on Thursday, 27 November 2025, and closes at 23:59 on Monday, 8 December 2025.
  • Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian before entering and must participate under parental supervision.
  • Entrants must submit their name suggestions and explain the reason for their choice using the official Loganair submission form.
  • Employees of Loganair, its partners, suppliers, or agencies are not eligible to enter.
  • By entering, entrants give consent to participate in campaign content, including photography, video, and social media assets.
Winner Selection

  • A panel appointed by Loganair will shortlist entries and chose a winner.

  • One winner will be selected and contacted directly by email or phone by end of December 2025.

  • The winner agrees to participate in campaign publicity which may include being filmed and photographed. 

Prize Details – A Family Trip to Shetland

4 Return Loganair Flights to/from Sumburgh 

  • Four return tickets to/from Sumburgh on the Loganair Network (2 adults and 2 children aged 16 and under)
  • Subject to availability and embargo restrictions; flexibility on dates is recommended.
  • Valid for Loganair-operated flights only and are non-transferable.
  • Redeemable within 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Must be requested at least 7 days in advance of travel.
  • Not redeemable for cash in whole or in part. Name changes, extensions, or route changes are not permitted.
  • Prize-winner and companion must travel together.
  • Subject to Loganair's conditions of carriage at the time of travel.
  • Not eligible for Avios collection under the Loganair Loyalty programme.

2-night Family Stay at Busta Hotel - in Collaboration with Promote Shetland 

  • The prize includes accommodation for a family of four for two nights with breakfast included.
  • The family must consist of two adults and two children aged 16 or under. 
  • All prize elements are subject to availability. 
  • No cash alternative will be offered for any part of the prize package, and all promotional prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

Car Hire

  • The prize includes free car hire for the specified duration, subject to vehicle availability.
  • The nominated driver must aged 21 or over and hold a full valid UK / EU / IOM / Channel Islands driving licence.
  • No cash alternative is offered, and the prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
General
  • Loganair reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition or these terms at any time.

  • Entrants' personal data will be processed in accordance with Loganair’s privacy policy.
