Do I need a promo code?

When must I book by?
Bookings must be made between Monday, 29 December 2025 and Thursday, 8 January 2026 (inclusive).

When can I travel?
The discount applies to flights departing from Monday, 2 February 2026 onwards.

What routes are included?
The offer covers a wide selection of routes across the UK, Ireland, and short-haul Europe, excluding Orkney Inter-Isle services, interline flights, and codeshare partner services.

Does the discount apply to the full fare?
No. The 17% discount applies to the net airfare only. Taxes and surcharges (including GreenSkies, fuel surcharge, and corporate card charges) remain payable in full.

Can I change my booking later?
Yes, but only if you book a Fly Flex or Fly Flex + fare. Any fare difference between the discounted fare and the new fare must be paid, and standard change fees apply in line with your fare rules.

Can I combine this offer with other promotions?
No. The Winter Tartan Sale discount cannot be used with any other offer or on Loganair Loyalty Reward Flight redemptions.

How will I see the discount applied?
After entering promo code WINTER17, the 17% discount will display automatically in your basket during the booking process.

Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Fares booked under this promotion are non-refundable. Standard fare rules apply for any voluntary changes or cancellations.

What luggage allowance is included with my fare?
All Loganair fares include a 21 kg total luggage allowance (15 kg hold bag + 6 kg cabin bag) as standard. Additional baggage options are available at booking.

Can I collect Avios on Winter Tartan Sale bookings?
Yes. You can collect Avios on all eligible Winter Tartan Sale bookings when flying with Loganair. Avios can be redeemed on future journeys across our network.

Which fare types are eligible for the discount?
The 17% discount applies to eligible Fly, Fly Flex & Fly Flex + fares on selected seats across Loganair-operated flights.

Is the promo code valid for one-way or return flights?
The promo code WINTER17 applies to both one-way and return bookings, subject to seat availability.

Can I use this discount when booking for children or infants?
Yes. The discount applies to all passengers included in the booking, provided all seats are eligible within the promotional inventory.

Does the discount apply to extras such as additional baggage or seat upgrades?
No. The discount applies only to the net airfare. All optional extras remain chargeable at standard rates.
