Norway Flight Suspension

The Norwegian Government has implemented restrictions on all travellers arriving in the country from outside Scandinavia which require visitors and homecoming residents to self-quarantine immediately upon entering the country.

As a consequence of this move, Loganair will be cancelling flights to and from Norway between 15 March and 31 March. Final services will operate on Friday 13 March and all bookings for services in the remainder of the month of March are being cancelled.   Customers may move their booking to a future travel date without any change fee or difference in fare being payable should they wish to reschedule their travel plans for a future date from 01 May. Alternatively, customers can apply for a refund.

At this time, we are not taking new bookings for the month of April and will enable any customer booked for travel to or from Norway in the month of April to either reschedule their journey without the need to pay change fees or to obtain a full refund.

The routes affected are:

- Newcastle to Stavanger

- Newcastle to Bergen

- Edinburgh to Stavanger

- Edinburgh to Bergen

- Aberdeen to Haugesund

The situation will be kept under constant review in relation to our ability to resume operations to Norway once these restrictions are lifted.

Loganair will be in touch via email with those customers whose travel plans are affected, allowing customers to reschedule their journey for a future date or obtain a refund online.
