Live Chat is available for our customers to get updates about Loganair, ask questions, and provide feedback.
We always love to hear from our customers and try to make it as easy as possible for you to get in touch.
Our dedicated customer contact centre can be reached by calling 0344 800 2855, filling in our online form, or sending a private message on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
Our Live Chat is open to everyone, so to make sure it stays a friendly and welcoming place to be, we’ve set a few simple rules that we kindly ask you follow:
- Please treat others as you would like to be treated yourself. Our customer contact team are people too and work hard to help our customers. Abusive or threatening posts will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to no longer engage with you if you display this type of behaviour.
- Please don’t use obscene language. We reserve the right to end any Live Chats that contain inappropriate language.
- If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. While we know, we don’t always get things right and welcome constructive feedback, we won’t tolerate trolling (repeated comments relating to the same issue for which Loganair has already given a final response and/or abusive posts in which the aim is to provoke a response).
- All chats are recorded, and you will receive a full conversation transcript to the email address you have provided.
Our Live Chat is available from 8 am – 545pm Monday – Friday, between 9 am – 1545pm on Saturday and between 11 am – 545pm on Sunday.
