Earning Points:
You can earn Clan Points quickly and easily through your Loganair flights. The number of return journeys required to earn enough Clan Points for a Reward Flight is as follows:

• Fly Flex + customers: Earn enough points for one return journey after 5 return flights
• Fly Flex customers: Earn enough points for one return journey after 10 return flights
• Fly customers: Earn enough points for one return journey after 16 return flights

Redeeming Clan Points for Reward Flights:
Clan Points can be redeemed for either return or one-way Reward Flights. The table below outlines the number of Clan Points required for a return journey:

For one-way Reward Flights, you only need half the number of Clan Points required for a return journey.

To earn Clan Points for your flights, simply follow these steps during the booking process:

1. Enter your Clan Loganair Membership Details:
   When making a booking with Loganair, you'll be prompted to enter your Clan Loganair Membership Number and password.

2. Complete Your Booking:
   After entering your membership details, proceed with completing your booking as usual.

3. Points Status:
   Clan Points will appear as “pending” in your account after booking, and will be confirmed once you have completed your travel.

Important Note:
Clan Points can only be collected for flights that are flown. If you do not travel on the booked flight, Clan Points will not be awarded for that booking.

At Loganair, we reward frequent flyers by allocating Clan Points to the individuals who actually fly, rather than the person making the booking. Here's how to ensure all travellers in your booking earn their Clan Points:

1. Enter Each Passenger's Membership Number:
   When booking for multiple passengers, be sure to enter the Clan Loganair Membership Number for each person in the party. This ensures that each traveller earns their own Clan Points.

2. Confirm Points Allocation:
   Points will be credited to the respective members' accounts once each passenger has completed their flight.

This way, everyone in your travel party can enjoy the benefits of Clan Points, making it easier for frequent flyers to earn rewards on every trip!

With Clan Loganair, you have the flexibility to use your points in a way that suits your travel plans:

• One-Way Clan Reward Flight: You can use half the number of Clan Points for a one-way journey, offering you more flexibility for shorter trips.

• Return Journey: For a return journey, you can redeem the full number of points required, as shown in our rewards table.

It’s entirely up to you how you choose to use your Clan Points—whether for a one-way adventure or a round-trip getaway!

Clan Loganair members will earn a fixed number of points for each Loganair flight, regardless of the distance traveled. This means that whether you’re flying a short hop or a longer journey, the number of Clan Points awarded will stay the same.

It’s a simple and consistent way to build your points balance and enjoy your rewards!

If you forget to add your Clan Loganair Membership Number to your booking, don’t worry! You can easily claim your missing points using the "Missing Points" form. Simply fill out the form for any new bookings where your membership number wasn’t included, and the points will be added to your account within 7 days.

Additionally, you can also claim missing points for flights taken within the past 3 months (excluding flights taken before Clan Loganair launched). Just make sure to submit the claim via the form for quick resolution.

You can easily book your Clan Reward Flights online. Simply follow these steps:

1. Go to the booking window and select “Book a Clan Reward Flight.”
2. Search for available flights using your Clan Points.
3. Choose your desired flight and complete your booking using your Clan Points.

If your journey includes connections with multiple Loganair-operated flights to or from your final destination, you will earn 250 Clan Points for each flight if you have booked our standard 'fly' fare.

For example, if you fly from Norwich to Kirkwall via Aberdeen, you will earn 500 Clan Points in 'Fly' class, as you are taking two flights.

However, if your journey is a "through-flight"—where you stop at another airport but remain on the same aircraft (for example, Sumburgh to London Heathrow via  Dundee)—you will only collect 250 Clan Points for the entire journey, as it's considered one flight.

You can collect Clan Points when booking through a travel agent. To ensure your points are credited, simply provide your Clan Loganair Membership Number to the travel agent at the time of booking. Please note, it may take up to 14 days for the points to appear in your account for travel agency bookings.

You can claim Clan Points for flights operated by Loganair and booked via loganair.co.uk. However, Clan Points cannot be claimed for flights operated by other airlines, even if they are part of a codeshare agreement.

For codeshare flights, where Loganair is not the operating carrier, the other airline's frequent flyer program will determine which flights qualify for rewards.

Unfortunately, Clan Points cannot be offered for large bespoke group bookings. Points are only available for individual bookings where the membership number is added for each passenger.

While we strive to offer generous availability for Clan Loganair Reward Flights, they are still subject to availability. As a result, there may be times when you are unable to redeem Clan Points for your first-choice flight. We encourage you to plan ahead and be flexible with your travel dates to increase your chances of securing a Reward Flight.

Unfortunately, Clan Points cannot be collected on Orkney inter-isle services. These flights are excluded.
