Your Journey, Steph's Joy.

Steph, the ultimate teamplayer...

From being a leader on the pitch to a leader in the skies, when Steph's on duty, you can rest assured you're in good hands.

Having represented the Isle of Man in football at the prestigious Island Games, you're guaranteed a warm welcome in a true Manx spirit.

Steph's Journey to the Skies...

On a much-anticipated family holiday to Florida, it wasn't just the theme parks that filled Steph with excitement. Studying the cabin crew to keep entertained during the trans-Atlantic flight, their passion for the role resonated with Steph, and her future flight path had been discovered!

With a couple of stopovers with another airline, Steph landed with Loganair in June 2022 and has quickly become a key part of our local Isle of Man base.

When Off Duty...

You'll likely find Steph cheering on the local football and rugby teams at the nearest pitch. Whether it's the round ball or the odd-shaped one, Steph's represented the Isle of Man with pride on many occasions. In football, she's brought home a silver and bronze medal and had a trial with Manchester United in her youth. Moving to rugby, Steph has been part of the starting 15 for the Isle of Man competitively. An unfortunate knee injury meant she hung up her boots prematurely, but nowadays, she dabbles in boxing, alongside her sister, who competes for IOM at the Commonwealth Games.

The Joy of The Job Itself...

Her colleagues, and giving back. Steph has recently been promoted to the role of line trainer within our Isle of Man base. With her passion for teamwork, being able to teach her colleagues new skills and techniques to help them progress in their careers is a real passion she looks forward to sharing.
