Important Notice: Documentation For Travel Before 1 June

Travel before 1 June is limited to those who have an essential need to travel as part of employment in a critical role, and for island residents who have an essential need to travel to or from the mainland.

Please carry confirmation of the reason for your travel – you may be asked for it, and may not be allowed to travel without it. 

Travel to Isle of Man 

Any passenger intending to travel to the Isle of Man must hold an authorisation issued by the Chief Secretary to confirm that the passenger is a person who is required to perform specific essential work on the Isle of Man. Requests must be made 24 hours before the intended date and time of travel by contacting iomgexemptions@gov.im

 

 

 
Continued Routes 30 March - 1 June

Loganair is continuing to operate essential air services to remote communities for the purposes of essential travel and to/from Aberdeen to support the energy sector, the routes are as follows:

- Aberdeen-Kirkwall
- Aberdeen-Manchester
- Aberdeen-Norwich
- Aberdeen-Sumburgh
- Glasgow-Barra
- Glasgow-Benbecula
- Glasgow-Campbeltown
- Glasgow-Islay
- Glasgow-Stornoway
- Glasgow-Tiree

- Isle of Man-Liverpool
- Isle of Man-Manchester
- Kirkwall-Sumburgh
- Orkney inter-isles air services
- Stornoway-Benbecula

- City of Derry-London Southend (Please note that due to the unexpected reduction in opening hours of Southend Airport we will now be operating the service into and out of London Stansted Airport from 8 April until 31 May)

In the event you have a booking for travel before 28 June on a route Loganair is continuing, but you no longer wish to travel or are following government advice to stay at home, you may either

- Change your date of travel until after 31 May
