Bergen is known by many as the gateway to the Fjords of Norway, however, did you know it is also a great gateway to the mountains and some great ski resorts.

While the charming coastal town of Bergen enjoys the mild climate in winter – the surrounding mountain areas enjoy great snow and a long ski season. 

Fjord Norway has something to offer skiers of all levels, whether you are a beginner just learning how to ski, or an experienced skier looking for something a bit more challenging.

Voss Resort

Voss is located in the heart of Fjord Norway, only 5 km from Voss town centre and 1h 20 min from Bergen.

Myrkdalen

More snow falls here than almost anywhere else in Europe, which making it a desirable destination for off-piste skiing.

Myrkdalen is located about 30 minutes by car or bus from Voss resort and 2 hours from Bergen.
