Changes to Booking Flexibility (01 November)

 

Given the latest announcement from UK Government, customers with bookings for travel arriving in or departing from England may place their booking on-hold to travel within the next 12 months.

This is applicable for those currently confirmed to travel between 5th November 2020  and 2nd December 2020.

All affected customers will soon receive an email which will contain a link to allow you to place your booking on-hold until 6 November for the designated travel period.

If you still need to travel then you do not need to take any further action.

Please do not call our call centre to enact these changes as they can all be self-administered online and capacity must be reserved for the most urgent customer enquiries.

In addition, for all customers with existing bookings, we’re also offering one change of travel dates without incurring change fees when changed by 6 November. On some occasions, however, a fare difference may apply.
