  2. COMPLAINT Sometimes, despite our best efforts, things go wrong. We endeavour to use your feedback as part of our continuous improvement process.
  3. COMPENSATION CLAIM (Flight disruption) Where your flight was cancelled at short notice, or delayed more than three hours you may be entitled to compensation.
  4. CLAIM-OTHER (Baggage/additional expenses) Where as a result of a lost bag or flight disruption you have incurred additional expense you may be eligible for refund of these expenses.

If you feel that the service you received on a recent flight fell below an acceptable standard and you wish to submit a complaint, please complete the form below.

Prior to submitting any claim for compensation please refer to the information pages on this website and to your ticket terms and conditions. We will attempt to address your claim as soon as possible if you provide enough information.

  2. FLIGHT CANCELLATION / DENIED BOARDING

Whilst we make every effort to prevent delays to our flights we appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. Where your flight is delayed by more than THREE (3) hours, measured against your scheduled arrival time, you may be entitled to compensation.

The rules for flight delay compensation are set out in EC261/2004.

Flights which are delayed over 3 hours may be eligible for compensation under EC261/2004 (other than for weather / extraordinary circumstances).

Whilst we make every effort to prevent delays to our flights we appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. Where your flight is cancelled with less than 14 days' notice, or you are denied boarding for a flight where you have presented for check-in on time, you may be entitled to compensation

If your flight has been cancelled in advance, and you wish to claim for a flight you were due to travel on within the next 14 days, please select the date of travel in the future that your flight was due to depart on

If you were rerouted and your arrival time at destination was within 2 hours of your original schedule any compensation will be reduced by 50%.
