Training

Loganair Ltd provide a comprehensive training programme on three aircraft types, in a classroom setting at our base in Glasgow, or at the customers location. We conduct training for Engineering staff, Operations staff and Ground based personnel.

Courses are approved by the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority to EASA standards in Part-147 B1 & B2, and Part-145 as appropriate. All courses are conducted by qualified and experienced instructors.

Course duration varies depending on the subject matter, location of the course and takes into account experience and knowledge of students. All are accredited to approved CAA/EASA syllabi.

Loganair also provide SAAB SF340, DHC6 Twin Otter and BN2B Islander Engineering Refresher/ Continuation training courses.

We also offer Maintenance Human Factors (MHF) courses, with standard content, or tailor made to suit individual company requirements.

Continuation training courses are also available.

Loganair is not able to offer Flight Crew Type Rating Training on either the DHC6 Twin Otter or SAAB 340.
