On-Board
We hope you enjoy your flying experience with Loganair, our team of dedicated flight and ground crew will assist wherever possible to ensure that your journey is comfortable. Our service is tailored to the nature of our short hop flying, therefore you should be aware that on some flights the on board service can be limited.
Catering
The time and duration of your flight will determine the catering on board, and we trust that you understand that on short hop flights, a full service cannot always be on offer. Unfortunately we cannot accept special meal requests.
Smoking
Loganair has a no smoking policy on all its flights.
Portable electronic equipment
Some portable electronic equipment may interfere with aircraft navigation aids, creating a potentially dangerous situation. Therefore the use of the following is forbidden at all times: Nintendo and SEGA games, AM/FM radios, CD minidisc and DAT players, frequency scanners, portable/mobile phones, portable TVs, walkie-talkies, CB radios and radio controlled toys. The use of the following is permitted in-flight, but not during take-off, approach and landing: Laptop computers, MP3 players, IPods and pocket calculators. If you have any other item of personal electronic equipment not listed above, please do not use it on the aircraft at any time. Hearing aids and heart pacemakers are permitted.

Seating
Pre Assigned seating is available on Flybe services, operated by Loganair.
back to topSeats reserved will incur charges of £6.00 per flight sector for standard seats and £15.00 per flight sector for seats occupying an emergency exit or bulkhead
Passengers travelling in Flybe Economy Plus (W class or R class) may pre-assign their seats at no additional charge
Bulkhead and emergency exit seats may also be requested at the airport at a cost of £18.00 per flight sector
Passengers travelling with infants will be moved if necessary to alternative seats for safety reasons
Special passengers are catered for at the airport but if you desire to sit with the party that you have booked with then you may pre-assign your seat. However if you are not deemed suitable by the airport staff you may be requested to move and no refund will be given
Passengers cannot pre-assign seats within 24 hours of travel
