Travel Advice - Volcanic Ash

All Loganair services are now operating normally following the removal of No Fly Zones by the Civil Aviation Authority and National Air Traffic Services.    Latest forecasts from NATS and the CAA indicate that no further disruption is expected in the foreseeable future in UK airspace from volcanic ash.    

If your flight was disrupted during the period of the volcanic ash airspace closures, further advice is available below. 

Options available to passengers whose flights were cancelled:

  • Passengers who were due to fly on cancelled flights between 15th – 22nd April inclusive may:

a.     Rebook free of charge for travel within the next 28 days subject to space being available on the aircraft

b.    Rebook for travel at any time free of charge on similar route subject to availability

c.     Request a full refund

  • Passengers who were due to fly on a cancelled flight on/after 23rd April may:

a.     Rebook free of charge for travel on the nearest available flight subject to space being available on the aircraft.

b.    Request a full refund.

  

Refunds on unused or partly used tickets
